Tandem Freefall Parachuting
with
Manor
Farm Aerial Adventures
The ultimate exhilaration! Leap out of an
aircraft at 12500' and freefall more than 7000' before your parachute
opens and you descend leisurely to the ground. Because you have a Tandem Instructor Parachute
Instructor securely attached to your back, you're free to enjoy the whole
experience whilst your Tandem Instructor controls everything.
Tandem Parachuting only requires about 20
minutes of ground school - remember,
it's the Tandem Instructor on your back who does all the work. Apart from looking at the scenery
you don't have a lot to do
during the descent unless you've paid a little extra for a cameraman to
film the jump, in which case you can concentrate on smiling for the camera
for your 35 seconds of freefall!
Whilst it may be possible to arrange for
Tandem Jumps at short notice, it is best to book
at least 3 weeks in advance of your chosen date.
Booking: Stay at Manor Farm
B&B and receive a preferential rate for your tandem skydive. We also
take care of the booking and provide all the necessary paperwork.

Netheravon (10 minutes drive from Manor Farm)
Provider: The
Army Parachute Association (APA). The APA is probably the oldest
parachute club in the world and Netheravon is the centre where
parachuting, as a sport, was born in the U.K.
Not many clubs have a pedigree going back to the very early days of
freefall parachuting. The APA is
widely regarded as the premier parachuting club in this
country.
