"The Rose Room" - King-size Double (En Suite)

A good-sized and characterful 17th Century double room with large en-suite bathroom which overlooks the fine walled gardens to the paddock and downland beyond. The bed is king size and very comfortable! 

"The Master Bedroom" - Super-King size Double / Family (En Suite)

A very large south-facing Georgian room with a new super-king size double bed, a dining table and four chairs, a sofa, and still plenty of space! Enough space in fact to add one or two extra beds if you wish, giving it the flexibility to be either a double, twin or family room. This room overlooks the farmyard with its ancient thatched barns and cartshed and has views to the countryside beyond.

The brand new en-suite bathroom is huge, with a full size enamel bath and very powerful shower.

"The Twin Room" - Twin (Private facilities)

Another very large south-facing Georgian room with two 3' single beds (which can be connected together to make a "super-king size" double if you wish). There is plenty of room for us to add one or even two further single beds if you wish to have three or four people sharing. This room has a two-seater sofa and an open fireplace for cosy winter evenings. It overlooks the farmyard with its ancient thatched barns and cartshed and has views to the countryside beyond.

The brand new private bathroom has a full size enamel bath and power shower. It is next door to the Twin Room.

All our rooms have:

• Full size enamel bath, basin and toilet facilities. Two have over-bath power showers as well.

• Dual-voltage shaver points.

All our bathrooms are either en-suite or private. We have no shared facilities.

Breakfast is taken in the 17th century family dining room.
